材料与制作Materials & Making
Compare current product-page material disclosures across ten Orient Qi ready-made Five Elements pieces, with clear limits on what those labels mean.
The direct answer
Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth are cultural and design categories here, not a universal material formula. Materials differ by product and edition. The current product page is the controlling disclosure for the piece you select; these labels do not establish origin, grade, treatment status beyond what is stated, laboratory identification, safety certification or any health effect.

Orient Qi Editorial manually checked the ten entries below against the current public product catalog on October 2, 2026. The wording reproduces current product-page disclosures; it is not an independent gemological test or a batch certificate. If a product page is updated, use that current page as the final reference.

The comparison shows why the edition name alone is not enough to infer a material. Fire, for example, appears as Nanhong agate, red agate or red jasper depending on the product; some pieces combine several disclosed materials. Pet-collar listings are separated because their size, fittings and batch-card disclosures differ from personal jewelry. A material list is not a pet-safety certification.
Natural variation and treatment
Stone, shell, wood and other natural materials can vary in color, pattern, translucency, texture and small dimensions. Product photography is representative rather than a promise of an identical natural pattern. Treatments are stated when they are part of the current product disclosure; for example, the Rice-Bead Bracelet identifies its Earth-edition amber as treated.
