Shipping & Delivery

Orient Qi products are made to order and ship only after the buyer approves the completed product record.

01

Shipping charge

Worldwide ordering is offered where applicable law, sanctions screening, carrier coverage, and a workable customs route permit. Shipping is USD $50 per order and is paid by the buyer. The amount is shown before the final-balance order is submitted. Remote-area, restricted, or unsupported destinations require cancellation rather than an undisclosed surcharge.

02

Production and approval

Processing time includes material preparation, making, internal inspection, and buyer approval. Before the final balance is requested, Orient Qi provides photographs and a video showing style, arrangement, and apparent quality. Shipment occurs only after the buyer expressly approves and the final balance clears.

If the buyer requests a change, availability, added cost, and a revised schedule must be agreed before work continues. Silence is not approval.

03

Dispatch and tracking

After the final balance clears, Orient Qi records a packing video and a carrier-pickup video. A dispatch notice and available tracking details are then provided. The parcel carries a prominent request for the buyer to record one continuous opening video. Transit estimates are not guarantees. If Orient Qi cannot ship within the stated period, the buyer will be asked to accept a revised date or cancel for a refund as required by applicable law.

04

Customs and import charges

Orders are shipped with import duties, taxes, brokerage, clearance charges, and destination fees unpaid. The buyer is the importer of record where local rules require and is responsible for these amounts, documents, and customs cooperation.

If a parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned because the buyer did not pay import charges or complete customs clearance, actual return freight, duties, and carrier fees may be deducted from an otherwise approved refund where law permits.

05

Address, delay, loss, and damage

  • The buyer must provide a complete deliverable address and notify Orient Qi of corrections before dispatch.
  • Carrier, customs, weather, and destination delays may be outside Orient Qi's reasonable control, but support will assist with available tracking and claims.
  • For visible transit damage, photograph the outer package, label, internal packaging, and product promptly and contact Orient Qi through the Contact page or the order email.
