Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Orient Qi website, made-to-order bracelet purchases, and requested cultural self-reflection reports.

Last updated: August 23, 2026

01

Operator and acceptance

Orient Qi is operated by 南京物与心文化科技有限公司. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are legally able to contract and that the order, delivery, and personalization information is accurate.

An order is accepted only after successful payment authorization and an order-confirmation notice. Orient Qi may reject or cancel an order for unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, unlawful use, or an unsupported delivery destination, with any captured payment returned.

02

Products and natural variation

Bracelets are made to order. Natural materials may vary in color, pattern, texture, translucency, and small dimensions. Screen colors and lighting may also differ. Variations within the description, disclosed tolerances, and the buyer-approved pre-shipment record are not defects.

Finished-product photographs are created after an actual buyer starts the service and approves the resulting design. Buyer-specific photographs or videos are not published for general marketing without an appropriate right or permission.

03

Staged payment and monthly capacity

The first checkout charges a USD $60 design reservation to start the cultural report and product-design service. If the buyer selects a tier, the full USD $60 is credited toward that tier. After review, Orient Qi supplies four unique product links; the buyer chooses one tier and pays only the remainder needed so total paid reaches 30% of its listed price, reserving production.

Each of the four tiers releases 30 production slots per calendar month. A slot is committed only when the relevant 30% payment clears. After handmade production, the buyer reviews the finished-product photographs and video. Only after express approval is the remaining 70% balance and USD $50 shipping charge requested. Shipment occurs after those amounts clear.

04

Design and finished-product approval

Orient Qi first confirms the proposed design with the buyer. After production, Orient Qi sends photographs and a video showing the completed order's style, arrangement, and apparent condition. The buyer must expressly confirm that the style and visible quality are acceptable before the final-balance link is issued.

Approval locks the visible style and arrangement for that order. It does not waive rights relating to hidden defects, shipment damage, the wrong item, or a material failure to match the approved record.

05

Price, shipping, tax, and customs

Prices are shown in the checkout currency. A USD $50 shipping fee is added to the final-balance order and paid by the buyer unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Import duties, taxes, brokerage, clearance charges, and destination-country fees are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. Any sales or consumption tax that Orient Qi is legally required to collect will be shown at checkout.

06

Cultural report

Any personalized report is a cultural self-reflection and entertainment product. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice and does not promise prediction, healing, fortune-changing, or supernatural results. Important decisions should be made with qualified professionals.

07

Cancellations, returns, and delays

The USD $60 reservation funds the report-and-design work. If a product tier is selected, it is fully credited toward that product; if no tier is selected, it remains payment for the delivered report-and-design service. Once that work has started, the reservation is not refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Before completing the first 30%, the buyer may choose not to proceed. Once customization or production begins, products are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind. The Returns Policy governs defects, damage, non-conformity, and mandatory rights.

If shipment cannot occur within the promised period, Orient Qi will request consent to a revised date or offer cancellation and a refund as required by applicable law.

08

Fair use and mandatory rights

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, or copy Orient Qi content beyond legally permitted use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability excludes indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
