Start with a USD $60 design reservation that is fully credited when a tier is selected. Product payment continues in two stages; tax treatment remains subject to the checkout and destination rules.

Reserve report and design
Pay the USD $60 design reservation. Orient Qi prepares the cultural report, two curated design directions, and four tier-specific links. The full $60 is credited if you select a tier.

Choose one tier
Review the report and design, choose one of the four tiers, and pay only the remainder needed to bring total paid to 30% of that tier. This reserves one of 30 monthly production slots.
- MAKE
Communicate and handmake
The seller confirms the details with the buyer and begins hand production after the 30% payment clears.
- OK
Approve the finished piece
The buyer reviews finished-product photos and video and confirms the style and visible quality before a balance link is issued.
- 70%
Pay the final balance
After approval, the buyer pays the remaining 70% plus the USD $50 shipping fee. Import duties, taxes, and clearance charges are paid by the buyer where applicable.
- SHIP
Pack, record, and ship
After cleared balance payment, the seller records packing and carrier pickup. The parcel asks the buyer to record one continuous opening video for evidence if a quality claim is needed.
